Great food, great people and great vibes! A vibrant, family friendly meal that is put on weekly by the neighbourhood for the neighbourhood! Come along from 3pm to help prepare dinner or come sit down with a pre-dinner coffee. Dinner is served at 5pm. All are welcome!

Goodness and Grains is our neighbourhood wholefood co-op, making healthy, affordable food more accessible to the community. Run by locals for locals, the co-op offers bulk wholefoods, pantry staples, and eco-friendly products in a welcoming, low-waste environment—encouraging shared values of sustainability, wellbeing, and mutual support.
